Our Story
Sucresso, a company devoted to crafting hospitality products, was founded in 2015 by our Chef Khader Harrak. After training in Europe across several trades within the hospitality sector, he chose to return to his hometown of Tetouan and begin with a small shop where the production lab and retail space covered less than 30 square meters. Today, our 200+ square meter venue offers a bright setting with a terrace and space for more than 150 guests, serving breakfasts, natural juices, coffees, artisanal lemonade, toasts, burgers, sandwiches, fresh salads, sweet and savory crepes, and a showcase of handcrafted Italian gelato.

Khader Harrak
Khader Harrak is the founder and chef behind SUCRESSO. After training in Europe and returning to Tetouan, he developed a restrained and exacting signature across pastry, coffee, and hospitality.
