From Khader Harrak's first small local in Tetouan to a refined cafe experience and a summer chapter in Kabila, SUCRESSO has grown through craft, detail, and the desire to make every visit feel memorable.
Behind SUCRESSO is Khader Harrak, the founder and chef whose vision shaped the recipes, the pastry identity, and the hospitality behind the brand. What began with one small local gradually became a recognizable Tetouan cafe experience, then a new seasonal chapter by the sea in Kabila.
A Chronology of Craft
2013
SUCRESSO began as Khader Harrak's first small local in Tetouan: a focused pastry address for handmade sweets, custom cakes, chocolates, macarons, and a personal approach to every order. It was intimate, bright, and built around craft.
2015
As more guests discovered the house, SUCRESSO moved into a second local next to the original address. Before the later expansion, this new Tetouan cafe already introduced a fuller experience: more seating, coffee, pastry displays, and a place where guests could pause for longer.
2019
The second local then expanded into a more spacious and complete cafe experience. With a warmer atmosphere, more tables, crafted drinks, pastries, and refined hospitality, SUCRESSO Tetouan became a familiar address for everyday rituals and special moments.
2026
In summer 2026, SUCRESSO carries the same craft and hospitality to Kabila with a seasonal experience by the sea: elegant brunches, light Mediterranean cuisine, artisan gelato, specialty coffee, fresh pastries, and warm summer evenings.
